动态压差平衡阀是一种自动恒定压差的的平衡阀,用于恒定空调或供热系统中控制阀、末端设备或管网之路供水之间的压差,避免管网压差变化对其动态干扰,实现动态水力平衡。

Apply

Dynamic differential pressure balancing valve is a kind of automatic and constant differential pressure balancing valve, which is used to constant the pressure difference between the control valve, the end equipment or the water supply of the pipe network in the air conditioning or heating system, to avoid the dynamic interference of the pipe network pressure difference change, and to achieve dynamic hydraulic balance.


工作原理

其工作原理为当系统管网资用压差增大,动态压差平衡阀依靠自身高低压腔压力变化,使作用于膜片两侧的力重新平衡,同时带动阀杆运动减小阀门开度,吸收增大的资用压差,保证被控制侧的压差恒定。

Working principle

The working principle is that when the available pressure difference of the system pipe network increases, the dynamic differential pressure balancing valve re-balances the force acting on both sides of the diaphragm by relying on the pressure change of its own high and low pressure chamber, while driving the valve stem movement to reduce the valve opening, absorbing the increased available pressure difference and ensuring the constant pressure difference on the controlled side.

安装说明

动态压差平衡阀可以单独使用,亦可与静态平衡阀配合使用。水流方向需与阀体箭头方向符合一致。安装之前应当冲洗管路,并建议在前端安装过滤器。毛细管应连接在供水管路的上方或水平处,但不可位于管路下方,以防被灰尘微粒堵塞,水系统打压测试之前,必须把毛细信号管安装连接好并且旋转阻断阀。 否则压力过大会导致压差调节器的损坏。

动态压差平衡阀始终安装于回水管上,当与静态平衡阀配合使用时,如下图所示静态平衡阀安装与供水管。

Installation instructions

The dynamic differential pressure balancing valve can be used alone or in combination with the static balancing valve. The water flow direction must be consistent with the arrow direction of the valve body. The line should be flushed prior to installation and it is recommended to install a filter at the front end. The capillary tube should be connected above or at the level of the water supply line, but not under the pipe, to prevent the dust particles blocked, the capillary signal tube must be installed and connected before the water system pressure test and the blocking valve must be rotated. Otherwise, too much pressure will cause damage to the differential pressure regulator.

The dynamic differential pressure balancing valve is always installed on the return water pipe. When used with the static balance valve, the static balance valve is installed with the supply water pipe as shown in the following figure.
