应用

动态平衡电动调节阀与电动执行器配合使用应用于空调系统如预冷空调箱(PAU)、空调箱(AHU)、新风机组(MAU)等末端设备或者采暖系统板换等末端设备,根据空调区域温度需求和控制系统信号调节被控末端流量,并维持管网压差恒定,确保被控末端不受管网系统中其它设备运行影响,保持系统高效节能、稳定运行。

工作原理

动态平衡电动调节阀结构分为流量调节结构和动态平衡结构两部分流量调节结构可完成阀门流量的设定和调节,配合执行器可实现阀门的电动调节、开关功能。

动态平衡结构可实现阀门流量的动态平衡,该结构的核心部件为感压膜片和弹簧,感压膜片感应阀门入口和平衡阀芯内腔之间的压差(P1-P2),

在此压差作用下调节可变流道的流通面积,保持压差(P1-P2)基本恒定从而保持流量不变。

Working principle

The dynamic balance structure can realize the dynamic balance of valve flow. The core components of the structure are pressure sensing diaphragm and spring. The pressure sensing diaphragm senses the pressure difference between the valve inlet and the balance valve core cavity (P1-P2).

Under the action of this pressure difference, the flow area of the variable flow channel is adjusted to keep the pressure difference (P1-P2) basically constant so as to keep the flow constant.

安装注意事项:

1、   安装前请详细阅读说明书,检查产品型号和参数,根据要求设定工作电压和输入信号;

2、   尽可能保证垂直安装,预留空间以方便维护;

3、   安装时应注意保证水流方向与阀体上箭头所指方向一致;

4、   建议设计系统旁路连通,灌装时应该由旁路将管路中杂质冲洗干净否则可能会引起阀门堵塞;

5、   安装时应保证阀门前后预留一定长度的直管段,一般在进口预留管道直径10倍长度的直管段,出口预留管道直径5倍长度的直管段。

2, as far as possible to ensure vertical installation, reserve space for easy maintenance;

3. Pay attention to ensure that the water flow direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body during installation;

4. It is recommended that the design system be connected by bypass, and the impurities in the pipeline should be washed out by bypass when filling, otherwise it may cause valve blockage;

5, the installation should ensure that the valve before and after the reservation of a certain length of the straight pipe section, generally reserved in the inlet pipe diameter of 10 times the length of the straight pipe section, the outlet pipe diameter of 5 times the length of the straight pipe section.
