应用
动态流量平衡阀主要用于解决流体输配管网水力失调的难题当系统压力在工作压差范围内波动时它能动态地平衡这种变化而保持所在管道的流量恒定。
Apply
The dynamic flow balancing valve is mainly used to solve the hydraulic imbalance problem of the fluid transmission and distribution network. When the system pressure fluctuates within the working pressure difference range, it can dynamically balance the change and keep the flow rate of the pipeline constant.

工作原理
1、压差低于最小工作压差时,阀芯全开,与孔板功能一致,流量随压差增大而增大(图1)
2、压差在工作压差范围内时,阀芯根据系统压差的变化改变开度,保证设计流量在土5%的偏差范围内变化(图2)
3、压差大于最大工作压差时,阀芯开度最小,与孔板功能一致,流量随压差增大而增大(图3)
4、在工作压差范围内,流量保持恒定(图4)
Working principle
1. When the pressure difference is lower than the minimum working pressure difference, the spool is fully opened, consistent with the function of the orifice plate, and the flow rate increases with the increase of the pressure difference (Figure 1).
2. When the pressure difference is within the working pressure difference range, the spool changes the opening according to the change of the system pressure difference to ensure that the design flow rate changes within the deviation range of 5% of the soil (FIG. 2)
3. When the pressure difference is greater than the maximum working pressure difference, the spool opening is the smallest, consistent with the function of the orifice plate, and the flow rate increases with the increase of the pressure difference (Figure 3).
4, within the range of working pressure difference, the flow rate remains constant (Figure 4)


安装说明
1、根据阀门选型正确使用阀门,避免用错流量及压差;
2、注意系统管道排气,系统存气,可能会引起介质堵塞、调节功能失效、或噪声过大;
3、该阀门可水平安装亦可垂直安装,安装过程中应注意介质流向,方向装反会失去功能;
4、阀门进水端建议加过滤器或清洗管路,可避免大颗粒杂质堵塞阀门控制元件;
5、注意检测孔的保护,碰掉或变形会引起泄露或以后的维护困难。
Installation instructions
1. Use the valve correctly according to valve selection to avoid wrong flow rate and pressure difference;
2, pay attention to the system pipe exhaust, system gas storage, may cause the medium blockage, adjustment function failure, or excessive noise;
3, the valve can be installed horizontally or vertically, the installation process should pay attention to the flow of the medium, the direction will lose function;
4, the valve inlet end is recommended to add a filter or cleaning pipeline, to avoid large particles of impurities clogging the valve control element;
5, pay attention to the protection of the detection hole, knock off or deformation will cause leakage or later maintenance difficulties.
