用途

V:在压差为△P时的额定流量(单位:m³/h)

Kvs:在控制阀全开,阀两端压差为100kPa,介质密度为1g/cm³时,流经控制阀的介质流量数。

△P: Pressure difference when the valve is fully opened (unit: kPa)

V: Rated flow rate at pressure difference of △P (unit: m³/h)

Kvs: The number of media flow through the control valve when the control valve is fully open, the pressure difference between the two ends of the valve is 100kPa, and the medium density is 1g/cm³.

电动压差旁通阀应用

压差控制器通常应用于水系统,用于控制供水管与回水管之间的压差,控制器SPDT浮动动作接通触点后,令马达驱动器操作阀门。其原理把阀门安装在系统是泵附件的旁通管路中,当系统压差增大而超过控制器设定值时,阀门则进而开大,更多的水率转向流经旁通阀,从而使系统压差减少。压差的减少导致阀门开始关小以及系统压差的增加。

注意事项

1、   按阀体流体方向安装:A进水AB出水。

2、   安装阀前应保证管道清洁,没有焊接时留下的气化皮。

3、   管道与阀体相连接时必须完全吻合,并不受振动。

4、   用高温流体作业的工厂,安装时应使用伸缩接头,以避免管道膨胀,挤压阀体。

5、   驱动器垂直安装在阀体上时,避免驱动器装在阀的下面。

6、   需留余足够的空间以便日常维护时,从阀体上拆卸驱动器。

7、   阀不能安装在易爆及环境温度高于50C和低于-5℃的环境中,也不能置于蒸汽、水力喷射或滴漏处。

8、   在长时间无使用阀门时,阀门处水必须泄掉,清除杂质,阀门处于打开状态。

9、   在使用时管道必须一个月或半个多月清洗过滤器和阀门内部杂质,防止卡死。

10、若阀门长时间打开状态,必须定期关闭或打开运转,防止卡死。

Matters needing attention

6, need to leave enough space for routine maintenance, remove the driver from the valve body.

7, the valve can not be installed in explosive and ambient temperature above 50C and below -5℃ environment, can not be placed in steam, hydraulic injection or drip.

8. When the valve is not used for a long time, the water at the valve must be drained, the impurities removed, and the valve is open.

9, in the use of the pipeline must be a month or more than half a month to clean the filter and valve internal impurities, to prevent stuck.

10, if the valve is open for a long time, it must be closed or opened regularly to prevent stuck.
